National parcels (within the U.S.) are always delivered with the best possible courier for your address.
- USA Standard (5-10 days): Free shipping (exception states are AK and HI)
- USA Express (3-5 days): See rate at checkout.
- USA Super Express (1-3 days): See rate at checkout
National parcels are delivered straight to your door whenever possible. Unless it's possible, parcels are delivered to UPS service points. Once delivered, you will receive a notification telling you that the parcel is ready to be collected. Uncollected parcels will be sent back to us after 7-14 days.
International parcels (outside of the U.S.) are delivered with UPS and the standard delivery time is 7-12 working days.
- Japan/South Korea: See rate at checkout. Please note that VAT and duties aren't included in the product price but will be added and charged by the local customs. All of our international parcels are deliverd DDU.

- Bear in mind that shipping fees, e.g. transport costs, and import fees, e.g. duties, can't be reimbursed by FUBUKI if you return the item.
RETURNS
We know the world isn't perfect and sometimes, the item you have ordered may not be what you expected. We also know that it is easy to get second thoughts about a purchase. Although not free of charge, we always offer the possibility to return your items within 14 calendar days after delivery. How to go about? It's simple. Create a return using the form below and follow the instructions.
USA
- Returning a package within the U.S. is associated with a flat fee of $12,99 borne by the customer. This sum will be deducted from the refund that we issue.
JAPAN / SOUTH KOREA
- The cost of returning a package from Japan / South korea depends on where you live and what courier you decide to use. Instructions for how to make a return from Japan / South Korea can be found below. Please note that return costs may come with duties and taxes.
- Register your return using the form below.
- Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box and protective plastic bag they came in. It’s important that the box is placed inside the plastic bag/larger carton it came in. If this, for some reason, isn’t possible, please choose another plastic wrap. Protected boxes can be reused.
- If the return is due to a defect, make sure this is written (large) on the plastic wrap. We also ask you to fill in our warranty claims form. This form can be found under "Shipping & Returns" on our website.
- Take the parcel(s) to your nearest postal service and pick a courier of your choice for the return. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage. Make sure the package is marked as a RETURN and sent back, DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), directly to our warehouse - not to the nearest service point. Returns that aren't marked RETURN / DDP won't reach our warehouse.

The moment we receive your parcel(s), we’ll inspect the returned item(s) and arrange your refund (excluding the original shipping fee). If you don’t receive a notification from us within two weeks of returning your order, please contact us at the email below. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was when you received it (tags left on).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please return the original item you have purchased and place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size. Instructions for how to return an item is to be found above.
Wrong item
If you, for whatever reason, receive a wrongly packaged item, please contact our customer support and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible. Important: Please state your order ID in the email.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If the product you've purchased from our website appears to be defective or damaged, we ask you to submit a warranty claim. If the product wasn’t purchased from fubukiboots.com, please reach out to the store from which you purchased it.
